WHO AND WHAT IS FLEURT?
Founded in 2010 in West Seattle - we are a family run independent retail gift, flower and plant shop. In 2017 we added a creative studio in the Sodo area for wedding production, meetings with couples and corporate clients, workshops and classes.
We place value and emphasis on artisan made goods and sustainable locally grown flowers and plants.
Fleurt offers daily delivery and pick up of fresh floral arrangements, bouquets and plants for all occasions and events. Our gift offerings can be delivered or selected at our shop.

We deliver Monday - Saturday.
WHAT TIME SHOULD MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Flower and gift orders should be placed online by 11:30am for same day delivery.
You may also call us anytime. 206.937.1103.
Deliveries start at 10am, with most arriving at their destination by 1pm. We ensure all deliveries reach their recipient no later than 5pm.
WHAT IF I NEED AN EARLY DELIVERY?
Every day we are up early to visit our local flower markets. We personally choose the freshest seasonal blooms we can get our hands on.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER IN SEATTLE?
We deliver throughout the Seattle area, within a 10 mile radius from our shop.
Fleurt is an independent flower shop. We offer artisan floral arrangements and bouquets. We do not belong to any wire services. Sorry, we do not ship flowers or plants at this time.

WHAT IF I PUT MY ORDER IN AFTER 11:30AM?
Unfortunately you have missed the cut off for same day delivery and we will deliver the next day.
Same day delivery may still be available if you miss the online order deadline of 11:30am. Please call us first before placing the order online.
DO YOU DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
We deliver Mon-Sat. Sorry, no deliveries on Sunday or Holidays.
We do deliver on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day.

WHAT IF SOMEONE ISN’T THERE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
Please do your best to find out if the recipient will be home when delivery is due to take place. Please also provide telephone numbers.
We will leave the flowers in a safe and secure place if no one is home.
We really do prefer to hand deliver these in person but if that is impossible they will be left. We can’t take responsibility if flowers are left at the house/office and nobody collects.
A re-delivery charge can take place if our delivery driver has absolutely no way of getting in to the property and no where for the flowers to be left i.e A gated house or secure apartment, condo or office.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, we will reach out to you (the sender) to let you know the flowers are back at our shop. If we are to re-deliver flowers another day, there will be a new charge for the flowers and delivery as the flowers will be made up fresh for that day of delivery.
So please do your best to provide correct and additional address information when placing an order. We love details!!!
WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK EXACTLY AS THE PHOTO LOOKS?
All the photos are a guide to what the flowers will look like. This is our aesthetic, we hope you love it and trust us to do an amazing job! We endeavor to make your order the same if not very similar to the photo. Differences may occur depending upon seasonal availability and Mother Nature.
We are creative folks and love to make each arrangement or bouquet unique and special. No cookie cutter flowers here!
If a certain bloom is not available we use the most similar flower to still keep in the theme of the bunch you have chosen. We do not guarantee a perfect exact match in images. Mother Nature is beautiful and flowers can alter and look different when tight and fresh as they do when they are in full bloom.
Our main mission is to choose the freshest highest quality flower and match the bouquet as close to the image as possible. We hope you understand.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
Once you have received your fresh flowers the first thing to do is remove all the packaging. If you have received a hand ties bouquet, re-cut the stems about 1/4 inch. Place the flowers in a vase of fresh water. Keep all the foliage and leaves above the water level as this can make the water slimy, bacteria will grow, flower life will be shortened. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heaters. Change the water every day if you can. As your blooms begin to age, you can continue to change the water, re-cut the stems, and pick off any browning petals or leaves.
CAN I PRE-ORDER FLOWERS?
Absolutely! Please indicate on your online order the delivery date. Or call us to place an order for future delivery.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery charges vary. Within West Seattle delivery charges are between $7.00 and $14.00.
Deliveries outside of our normal delivery zone will incur an additional delivery charge.
Valentine's Day Delivery surcharges may apply.
Pick up is available at our West Seattle shop.
A little note: Our delivery drivers live in our community. They are stay at home mums, part time students, retired folks. Our delivery charge is directly passed along to our drivers. Tips are welcome, but not required.

We create flowers for all occasions and celebrations. From a single birthday bouquet, flower and gift monthly subscriptions, intimate gatherings, new baby and baby showers, bridal showers, open houses, funerals, weekly flowers and/or plants to businesses, large scale corporate parties - we do it all!!
We love to play with dirt and plants and can design planter boxes, living walls and terrariums.
Fleurt offers gift boxes that can be customized to fit any budget and quantity.
We are designers and stylists - we love to collaborate on styled shoots, product catalogs, magazines, blogs, TV and film, Pop Up shops and open houses.
